I let myself be fooled by the nice advertising it does on social media... I went thinking that Alessandro would take care of my hair as it seems on social media, in reality he only touched my hair at the end for the hairstyle, the rest he only gave instructions to his collaborators, so everything was done under its “surveillance”. That day my experience in his salon seemed magnificent, they know how to communicate well with the client and make him feel at ease... unfortunately when you go to professionals you also expect a quality service. I left the salon with beautiful hair, a beautiful color is a beautiful hairstyle. When I got home I initially noticed some small errors, my face was stained by the dye and a lot of dye in my ears. Definitely a lack of attention... but oh well, nothing tragic! After the first wash, what is now my nightmare was revealed; my hair no longer had a nice color, the dark shade was not a shade but stains, the platinum blonde had turned yellow (after only the first wash), the cut I requested (straight) seemed to have been done by inexperienced people. They destroyed my hair, it literally broke. I've been blonde for several years, nothing like this has ever happened to a professional. When I pointed out the mistakes I had made he did some reconstructions to fix it, and redid my shades in a decent way, unfortunately my hair won't grow back in a magical way with the reconstructions. A shame, I had too much hope. I leave you the photos of each step. Be careful who you trust, to this day I regret it!

once I went I was sorry about the cut, I decided to go to another hairdresser and I left happy. I went back to him yesterday and I left still feeling sorry I had even booked a time and he told me he had made an appointment at the vet and he didn't want to cut my hair, insisting he cut it but thinking about chatting and other things he cut it all the hair layered and hideous. I'm so sorry because I've been going there since I was 8 years old Last thing he still has a lot to learn.
